Safety and Training Support

ACI employs a highly experienced senior management team with expertise in all facets of transit operations. Our managers have all worked on projects for some of the largest transit systems in the United States, and many built their careers at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, offering extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with passenger rail transit safety and operations. Our managers understand the financial constraints under which transit systems operate; the daily pressure to meet service demands; and the recent challenges in hiring employees to meet daily operational needs.

ACI’s managers have successfully applied their expertise and lessons learned to provide a wide-range of field services, including flagging and right-of-way training; safety procedures, training programs, engineering support, and operations analytics and diversion planning.
